Returns & Refunds Policy
All of our products are custom-made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, or an error has been made on our part.
Please ensure all personalisation details and order information are entered correctly at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for customer errors, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, or any other customisation details submitted during the order process.
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at Hello@KalicoJ.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and advise the next steps. Items returned without prior acceptance will not be processed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, email us immediately at Hello@KalicoJ.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
As all items are custom-made, returns and refunds are not accepted unless there is a verified fault or error by Kalico J. Sale items, gift cards, and any personalised products are strictly non-returnable.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a return is approved due to a confirmed fault or error on our end, we will provide instructions via email. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
