All of our products are custom-made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Production time is not included in the delivery estimates below.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated timeframes will be shown at checkout:

United Kingdom: 2 – 5 business days
United States: 3 – 8 business days
Europe: 2 – 8 business days
Rest of the World: 4 – 15 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and are provided by our shipping partners. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping Delays
While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

Customs processing (for international orders)
Seasonal demand and holiday periods
Courier delays
Weather disruptions or other unforeseen events

We are not responsible for delays once the item has been handed over to the courier. However, if you experience a significant delay, please contact us at Hello@KalicoJ.com and we will assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery address and details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
